Bar & Plate Heat Exchangers
A bar & plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that is used to transfer heat between two fluids. Bar & plate heat exchangers are advantageous in terms of their activity because they expose the fluids to a larger surface area in which the fluids are spread out over the plates. They are beneficial in this aspect because the plates significantly increase the speed of the temperature change.
This type of heat exchanger is specially designed to transfer heat between low to medium-pressured fluids. Most bar & plate heat exchangers are made from aluminum or stainless steel, which ensures stability and makes them corrosive resistant.
